Licences for your venues
Buy licences for the venues you look after. Each gets a code, and a venue that uses it has nothing to pay.
If you support many venues, such as places of worship, pubs, halls, clubs or huts, hailo can help every one of them get ready for Martyn's Law, and show you how each is getting on.

Email a code to a venue's contact from your partner account, with a note on how to use it.
Which plans are approved and how many people are briefed. Never their people's names, and never what their plans say.
Any organisation that looks after, insures, advises or takes bookings for venues where 200 or more people can gather. If you're not on this list but that sounds like you, we'd still like to hear from you.
Pub companies, brewers and pub groups, with tenanted, leased or managed pubs.
Give each pub a licence, so every pub manager gets their plans written and their staff briefed the same way, and see which pubs still have work to do.
Places of worship of every faith: dioceses and districts, mosque and gurdwara networks, synagogue movements, temple federations and other faith bodies.
Many places of worship are run by trustees and volunteers. A licence from you means each one can get ready without paying, and you can see who needs a hand.
Rural community councils, village hall advisers and community building networks.
You already help halls with their governing documents, insurance and hiring. hailo gives the bigger ones a practical way to get ready, and briefs their hirers too.
County associations of local councils, and town, parish and district councils that run halls, pavilions and community centres.
Cover the buildings you run, or the councils you support, from one account: each building gets its own plans, people and briefings.
National governing bodies, county boards and leagues, for clubhouses and pavilions.
Club volunteers change every season. A licence for your clubs means a big match day or end-of-season party has a plan, and new volunteers get briefed when they join.
Scout and guide counties and districts, and other youth groups with their own buildings.
Huts are hired out to parties and groups most weekends. hailo writes the plans for each hut and briefs the leaders and hirers who use it.
Insurers and brokers for places of worship, charities, pubs, clubs and community buildings.
You're already the people your clients ask about risk. Offer them a practical way to get ready, alongside the guidance you send.
The systems halls and venues use to take bookings and manage hirers.
The best time to brief a hirer is when they book. We'd like to work with you so each booking can carry the venue's briefing for its hirer.
Fire risk assessors, health and safety advisers, and local charity support organisations.
You visit the venues that need this most. Point them to hailo, or cover the ones you support with licences, and see how each is getting on.
Tell us who you are, the kind of venues you support and roughly how many. We'll come back to you to talk through what would work for them.
There's no price list: we agree terms with each partner based on their needs.

Email usNo. A partner's code covers the venue's plan, so there's nothing for the venue to pay while your licence lasts.
The venue's name and town, which of its plans are approved and how many of its people are briefed. You never see its people's names or what its plans say. Those stay with the venue.
Yes. The venue's account owner enters it in Settings, under Billing, and your licence covers the venue from then on.
We agree terms with each partner, depending on how many venues you look after and how you'd like to work together. Email us and we'll talk it through.
