Our aim
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 at level AA. Body text is at least 16px, reading pages use 18px, buttons are at least 44px tall, and the site works with a keyboard, a screen reader and with motion turned off.
How we checked
We last checked this website on 3 November 2026. We:
- ran an automated check (axe) against WCAG 2.2 A and AA on every page, on a desktop screen and a phone;
- went through every page using only a keyboard, checking each item can be reached and shows where you are;
- checked every page at 320px wide, the same as zooming to 400%, so nothing needs scrolling sideways;
- checked that every moving part stops when your device asks for reduced motion.
We fixed what we found, including tables you can now scroll with a keyboard on a phone, and checklists a screen reader can read.
What we know isn't right yet
- The files on our sample pack page come straight from the hailo app, and a screen reader may not read them in the right order. The guides and templates you can download from this website are made so a screen reader can read them.
